While Natalie Portman’s absence from Thor: Ragnarok puzzled fans, it was just the director Taika Waititi saving the goods for the much anticipated Thor: Love and Thunder. Fans can expect to see a yoked up Portman’s Jane Foster, taking hammer and helm from Chris Hemsworth’s Thor to become the new…Thor- and below you can see how massive Nat’s muscles have become in preparation for the role. This is by far the best of all Natalie Portman movies. Natalie Portman is hot. We can’t help but wonder, is she juicing???
There’s working out and then there’s working out. We’re not sure which this is, but fans have to wonder what her secret is?
While speaking Vanity Fair, the actress opened up about her workout routine and found the process fun:
“It was really fun. I worked with a trainer, Naomi Pendergast, for, I think it was, four months before shooting, and then obviously all the way through filming. We did a lot of weight training and a lot of protein shakes—heavyweight training that I haven’t ever done before. Of course, I’ve never really aimed to get bulky. It was very physical, so it was a lot of both agility work and also strength work. It definitely helps you get into character, and it’s definitely changed the way I move. You walk differently; you feel different. I mean, it’s so wild to feel strong for the first time in my life.”
